Independent consulting for your process engineering plant

Technology evaluation and tendering
Which plant technology is right for your plant depends on material type, throughput and operating conditions, not on a supplier’s offer. We evaluate options neutrally, prepare the tender documents and support you through to the award decision.
Design and optimisation of pneumatic conveying systems
Existing plants often don’t run at their optimal operating point. Based on our own calculation models and experience with more than 150 types of bulk material, we redesign or optimise your pneumatic conveying system, verifiably and comprehensibly.
Resource efficiency in operation
With compressed air, water and energy, media consumption is higher than necessary in many plants. We analyse your operating parameters and develop measures that reduce consumption in a targeted, lasting way.
Operational safety and documentation
CE conformity assessment, risk assessment, operating manual and safety labelling: We take on individual services or the complete safety-engineering support of your plant.

02 Engineering
Precise engineering from idea to execution
You can expect innovative solutions from engaged engineers. We work with you to clarify the specific requirements of your project in detail and develop the technically and economically most advantageous concept from them.
Feasibility studies
At the start of every project is the question of what is technically feasible and economically sensible. We develop feasibility studies, first concepts and technical specifications, which form a solid basis for all further decisions.
Basic engineering
Basic engineering is where the plant concept takes shape: the process, the main components and the expected costs are settled. Detail engineering, the tendering of machinery and plant technology and the input into permit planning all build on it.
Detail engineering
The approved concept becomes a complete execution package: we design all components in detail, create P&ID diagrams, layout plans and all documentation needed for procurement and assembly, checked and documented.
Project management
Schedule, cost and quality: All three have to work. We take on complete project management from planning to handover and keep you informed of status and decisions at every stage.
Process optimisation
Existing plants often have untapped potential. We systematically analyse your processes, identify weak points and develop solutions that improve material flow and reduce energy consumption.

Project development
During project development we capture all data relating to your project and check it for consistency and technical accuracy. Where information is incomplete or contradictory, we resolve it before it becomes the basis for further planning.
Documentation
We check your plant against the requirements of the relevant EC directives. CE marking, declaration of conformity and complete documentation are planned in from the start, so your investment can go into operation as quickly as possible.
Realisation
We implement your requirements with clean workmanship, on schedule and in close contact with your team throughout all construction phases. No surprises, no communication gaps.
Commissioning
A plant is only truly handed over once your staff can operate it safely. We provide thorough training, fine-tune the system together with you and make sure your team can respond independently to changes in operation.
After-sales support
Raw materials change, processes evolve. We remain available after start-up too, for adjustments, optimisations or new requirements that arise during ongoing operation.
